Roles & Permissions

Overview

Permissions in Cloverpop are set at three levels: organization, decision, and decision flow.

Organization: Both admins and members have permissions that allow them to both create and collaborate on decisions. Admins also have the ability to add/edit/delete templates and provide access to new users. Guests will only be able to collaborate on or view decisions which they have been added to.

Decision: The decision manager has full access to update the decision including the ability to restructure the decision tree. Collaborators will be able to answer drivers and inform the decision within the structure set by the decision manager. Visitors are team members who have view-only permissions as assigned by the decision manager.

Decision flows: The decision flow manager can add new team members to a decision flow process and re-sequence the decisions or ungroup the flow. Collaborators for a decision flow can help the decision flow manager to add, remove or sort both decisions and sections within the flow. Visitors are only invited to view the decision flow structure and any associated outcomes.
